Student Success Team
You will be assigned a dedicated Student Success Advisor. Your Student Success Advisor will be a valuable asset to you throughout your time at Case Western Reserve University. They will:
- Guide you through the student onboarding process to ensure you are fully prepared to start your first term
- Be your first point of contact for questions, feedback, concerns or changes that relate to your student experience
- Help you to succeed in the program through their coaching and guidance
- Point you toward useful resources and tools

Pattern of Enrollment
Following your first meeting with your Student Success Advisor, you will receive a document called a Pattern of Enrollment (POE). The POE will provide you with a detailed schedule of your courses throughout the entire program.
